Virtual Classes

Zoom (Zoom.us) is very similar to Skype or FaceTime where you can call in and talk, but this time we can do it as a group or one-to-one.  If you would like to try this, you can download the Zoom program to a laptop or computer or even an app to your smart phone or notepad. If you need assistance with this process please call the store between 1 and 3 pm and we will try to walk you thru the process.

Once you have the program or app loaded it’s just a matter of joining a meeting at the set time.

Details for one-to-one assistance

1) Call ahead for a number to use through Zoom.

2) Sign into Zoom and enter your number.

3) Yay! We’re connected!

Details for our virtual classes:

1) Please call (13076730383) or (email) if you would like to be a member of any of our virtual classes. For this we will require that you sign up.

2) You will be given a number to enter the meeting.

3) For new classes you will be sent a list of supplies needed.  For some classes, we may have kits available.

(All times are Mountain Daylight Time)

April Virtual And In-Store Classes

Please note that the special rigid heddle class being taught by Deb Essen in conjunction with the Small Expressions Exhibit has been re-scheduled for May 1st and 2nd.

Janet has uncovered a great pattern for a spring knit-along, perfect for building your skills. We will be knitting Princess and the Pea by LilyGo. This is a gorgeous lace shawl that can be knit in several sizes and includes beads if you'd like to use them. The extra-small uses just over 400 yards of fingering weight yarn, while the large comes in at 977 yards, so there's lots of flexibility in the yarn choices. This pattern will shine brightest in a solid or semi solid color yarn. You can purchase the Ravelry pattern through the shop, and then select yarn and beads. You can start at any time, and Janet will be available to help sort out any difficulties. This KAL will be held on Tuesdays from 2 to 4pm.
