US (Domestic) Orders:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Any orders placed on weekends
and holidays will ship the next business day. We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping costs
are calculated at the time of checkout. You can then choose your preferred method.
There are times where this may apply.
Example;
You are only ordering Magazines or Pattern Books/Booklets and
the weight (2+pounds) puts it into a higher shipping cost; if I can safely get that
into a Priority Flat Rate Envelope, I will do so and refund the difference.
This does not work for any other items ordered such as Yarn, Notions, ETC.
USA only orders that are $69.00 or more are sent FREE.
Orders with free shipping will be sent by our choice of carrier depending on package size/weight ;
except Ashford & New Voyager Trading (Kromski) that are Drop Shipped.
Ashford & New Voyager Trading (Kromski) orders are Drop Shipped to your address (USA Only)
which normally ships in 1 - 3 days. There is a $20.00 Drop Ship Fee. Any shipments from New
Voyager(Kromski) to an address in Georgia will be required to pay sales tax. If such a case occurs,
we will contact you for additional payment of the sales tax.
Phone number is required for Drop Ship orders as well as a street address.

We ship to many international locations. The
selection is shown through the checkout process.
Some of the locations we do not ship to due to VAT (value-added tax)
United kingdom and (27) European Union countries.

*Tax and Duty Fees: Your country may charge additional
taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country.
You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
NOTE: For Canada customers only: Shipping charges for USPS First Class
and Priority International Packages up to 4lbs include Tax and Duty Fees. Your
package will be delivered with no additional charges due. Does not apply
to USPS Priority Packages over 4 lbs, UPS OR FEDEX.
