Jawoll - the sock wool classic that has been tried and tested a million times over for many years - including beige yarn to reinforce the heel and toe for a longer life of your socks! LANGYARNS JAWOLL is the Rolls Royce of sock yarns. The wool comes from the Corriedale sheep. For JAWOLL we only use the finest provenance from Chilean Patagonia. During sheep shearing, the finest parts of the wool fleece are sorted out. The mean thickness, i.e. the mean fiber diameter, is only 25 microns (1 micron = 1/1000 millimeter). The wool feels very soft and is very comfortable to wear. The Corriedale sheep live all year round in the wild nature of Patagonia. Due to the meager food, their wool remains white and has an average length of 10 cm. It can be dyed well with it, the colors become brilliant and the finished yarn is very resistant to pilling (pilling). In every 50g ball there is a spool with filler thread to reinforce the heel and toe. This will extend the life of your socks. Thanks to the superior quality and the fineness of the fibers, JAWOLL is also ideal for baby, toddler and men's knitted items.
