A THIEF AT THE LIBRARY!?!

By now I hope you are aware of the Fiber Arts Show at the Library and are planning a visit.  All month an amazing collection of hand-made treasures are artfully displayed throughout the library.  Except one.  You may have seen the article in the newspaper regarding the theft of a very valuable sweater painstakingly made by Margaret Briesmeister.  The thief actually removed this beautiful sweater from the display case!  While those of us who have items in the show, and know the work that went into this garment, would like to see the thief Ôburned at the stakeÕ (so to speak), what we really want is for MargaretÕs work of art to be returned, anonymously, via the library drop box.

Please keep your eyes out for a camel-colored alpaca Aran cardigan with hand-made antler buttons.  Please contact the Sheridan Police Department with any information.

Thank you.

FREE! PATTERN OF THE MONTH

Our POM is Drift, a beautiful classic cardigan made from the new Berroco Vintage.  This V-neck, button-up cardigan uses double seed stitch, garter and twisted rib patters, and is designated as intermediate skill level.  The biggest difficulty will be choosing from all the fabulous colors!
